HNI Marketing Case Study
Background :
Our client on the project was a Research agency MaLogic. MaLogic helps several end clients on the projects of strategic importance. MaLogic was contracted by an International Player in Education space. The client was expanding, and they were opening an International boarding school in Japan and wanted to test the concept before opening up the school in a specific time frame. For the client also wanted to decide which countries or destinations might be better suited for finding the prospective customers from affordability as well as education infrastructure in a particular country.
Challenge :
With the per student annual expense of almost 1 Mn USD, finding right parents who can afford such investment was challenging. MaLogic needed to find the HNI Parents who are open to sending their children to boarding school. The initial countries selected for exploring the interest were Japan, China, South Korea, Singapore, Germany, Russia, UK and US.
MaLogic needed to find in total 40 respondents. MaLogic also needed to create brief educational infrastructure profile snapshot of countries in consideration.
Solution :
myMRPlace reached out to more than 100+ local suppliers (research agencies located in respective countries). This was also boosted by a few several wealth panel research providers like Altiant. myMRPlace secured bids from local research agencies as well as panel providers.
The study did go through a few iterations in design. MaLogic conducted study successfully with 25 participants in Singapore, Korea, Japan and US in the final stage.
myMRPlace also helped MaLogic find an Indian desk research Analyst who could provide desk research and write brief country snapshot for all the countries at a very affordable price.
Testimonial :
" myMRPlace helped us find the right suppliers across several countries with minimum hassle. We had several changes during the project cycle and negotiating with multiple suppliers in multiple countries surely would have been time-consuming and stressful. Thanks, myMRPlace for all your help." – Jennifer Tsai, Managing Partner, MaLogic.
