Startup that needed to collect data from their US Customers
Background :
Our client on the project was a renowned sports news website. The sports news website covers all kind of sports and esports related news. The website has news, features, commentary and videos on sports like Cricket, Football, WWE and several others sports. They wanted to talk with WWE fans in US and understand if they will be open to a premium subscription offering, their preferences around possible premium content options and their willingness to pay.
Challenge :
The website has already several WWE fans visiting their website, Client needed to find a supplier who can arrange focus groups and collect data from the website visitors. The work involved contacting the identified respondents, scheduling focus group amongst them, moderating and collecting data. The client wanted an individual consultant to take this up rather than a full fledged research agency to ensure it is cost effective and also to ensure personal attention from a senior research.
Solution :
